one of common productions that produced from springy rod are structure of mattresses. usually, three sizes of rod are used.

- single size cable: main strand has unique size wires which twist around one central wire.
-Seal towing wire: in this cable, external large wires and internal small wires twist around a wire core. this arrangement stablishes a high abrasion strength.
-Filler towing wire: small wires fill up empty space between large wires. This arrangement establishes high abrasion strength and high flexibility-
- Warrington towing wire: small and large wires are respectively in external layer. this arrangement has high flexibility and strength, but low abrasion strength. many of common towing wires use combine of these types.

reinforced concrete with steel fiber is a material for improving properties of concrete structures. reason of wide applications of this product is technical and economical advantages. Therefore, production and application of steel fibers in industrial countries has experienced a significant growth. so that, steel fibers with different technical properties and usage are produced massively. reinforcing concrete is a set of main concrete body, stone materials, water and short steel fibers in different and random directs which are distributed in composite material. this arrangement improves permeability, impact resistance, abrasion resistance, flexural, bending, shear strength and torsional strength. also, the function of the irregular fibers distributed randomly is to fill the cracks in the composite. fibers eliminate shrinkage cracks.
when rod goes to be cut by rod cutting machine, the result is a production called length. usually lengths have different strength and springy properties from their initial rod. machine for producing length is a device which rod set in without any bending and cut to ordered sizes by clients. cutting rod to length, increases bending strength and springy properties. length has more stiffness than rod, because of this it is used as chassis and main structure of different instrument including main body of travel tent and spring mattress. for travel tent, depending on its size, different diameters of length used. for car sun shade, usually 1.8 diameter length is used. while, length in spring mattress is 4 mm in diameter.
